1. Our Commitment
At Media Zip, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that digital products may not always meet your expectations, which is why we offer a straightforward refund policy.
2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on eligible one-time digital product purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Eligibility: The 30-day guarantee applies to one-time digital product purchases. Subscription services are subject to the separate terms outlined below.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at support@mediazip.ca with the following information:
- Your full name
- The email address used for the purchase
- The product name and date of purchase
- The reason for your refund request (optional but appreciated)
We will process your request and respond within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
4. Subscription Cancellations
If you have an active subscription with Media Zip, here is how cancellations work:
- How to Cancel: Email support@mediazip.ca with the subject line "Cancel Subscription" along with your name and the email address associated with your account
- When Cancellation Takes Effect: Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain full access to your subscription content until then
- No Partial Refunds: We do not provide prorated refunds for unused portions of a billing period. If you cancel mid-cycle, you keep access through the end of your paid period
- First Billing Cycle: If you cancel within the first 30 days of your initial subscription purchase, you may be eligible for a full refund of your first payment under our 30-day guarantee. Contact us and we will review your request
Before You Cancel
We value you as a subscriber. If you're not getting the value you expected from your subscription, please let us know. Our team can help you get the most out of your membership, adjust your preferences, or address any concerns before you make your final decision.

5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally not eligible for refunds:
- Purchases made more than 30 days ago
- Subscription renewals beyond the initial 30-day period
- Products where a chargeback or payment dispute has already been filed with your bank (we encourage you to contact us first to resolve any issues)
6. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you do not recognize a charge or have a concern about a transaction, we kindly ask that you contact us at support@mediazip.ca before filing a dispute with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving issues quickly and fairly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in delays and additional complications.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that transaction.
