1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or purchasing any digital product or subscription from Media Zip ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services or purchase our products.

2. About Media Zip

Media Zip is a Canadian digital publishing company that creates and distributes digital products and subscription services in the personal growth, self-help, and astrology categories. We operate under the billing descriptor MEDIAZIP, which will appear on your credit card or bank statement for purchases made through any of our brands.

3. Digital Products

Our digital products may include, but are not limited to, downloadable guides, e-books, digital reports, courses, readings, and other digital content. Upon purchase:

• You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the product for personal, non-commercial purposes
• You may not redistribute, resell, share, or make publicly available any purchased content
• All intellectual property rights remain with Media Zip or its licensors
• Digital products are delivered electronically to the email address provided at purchase

4. Subscription Services

Some of our products are offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Recurring Billing: Your payment method will be automatically charged at the beginning of each billing cycle (monthly or as specified at the time of purchase) until you cancel
• Billing Cycle: The billing frequency and amount are disclosed at the time of purchase and in your order confirmation email
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. You will be notified of any price changes before your next billing cycle. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of the new price
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing support@mediazip.ca. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to subscription content until the end of the period you have already paid for
• No Partial Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable for partial billing periods. If you cancel mid-cycle, you will not receive a prorated refund for the remaining days

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in the currency specified at the point of sale. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated during checkout. You are responsible for any applicable taxes. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.

6. Refunds

Our refund policy is outlined in our Refund Policy page. In general, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on eligible one-time digital product purchases. Subscription refunds are subject to the terms outlined in our Refund Policy.

7. User Conduct

When using our products and services, you agree not to:

• Share, redistribute, or resell any purchased content
• Use our products for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source material from our digital products
• Use automated systems to access our services without permission

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada and the province in which Media Zip is registered. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that province.
